📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of jewelry. If this is not the case, the following conditions apply:

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• Jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping is free for you.

• Please contact our customer service at support@hello-diamond.at beforehand to arrange the return or exchange.

✨ Exceptions

• Engraved jewelry is excluded from returns and exchanges.

• With natural gemstones (e.g., sapphire, ruby, emerald, diamonds), slight variations in color, clarity, or structure may occur. These are not considered defects but rather signs of uniqueness.

• The carat weight may vary slightly depending on availability, but never downwards – your piece of jewelry may therefore contain slightly more carats (e.g., 1.00 ct ordered, 1.02 ct received). This is confirmed by an official IGI certificate.

🔎 Inspection & Refund

• Each returned piece of jewelry is carefully inspected.

• If a piece of jewelry is damaged or shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to retain 40% to 80% of the purchase price, depending on the severity of the damage.

• After successful inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 7–10 business days via the originally chosen payment method.

• In the case of an exchange, the shipping of the new piece of jewelry will be initiated immediately after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Legal Notice:

Please note that gemstones such as sapphire, ruby, emerald, and other colored natural stones are natural products. Therefore, slight color and structural variations may occur. These are not defects but rather emphasize the uniqueness of each piece of jewelry. For natural diamonds, clarity and color grade determine the appearance – we always strive to select the best quality for our customers.

The carat weight may vary slightly depending on availability but will never be less, and may even be more carats (e.g., if 1.00 ct is ordered, the jewelry may contain 1.02 ct). This is confirmed by a certificate from the IGI (International Gemological Institute) that covers the entire piece of jewelry.

Please understand that individually engraved jewelry is excluded from returns and exchanges.
